Soooo.. I am actually on top of my game today!!! I did not
forget to write my post! Yesterday I very much enjoyed class. I thought it was fun,
kind of like going behind the scenes and breaking down a song. I liked this
because usually you do not know the meaning behind a song and sometimes you
just judge it. The songs we had to listen to and analyze were actually modern
songs, so they were not boring. I am excited to keep working on this topic and I
hope we do more fun stuff like this in the future. I am just a little nervous
to write the paper on a song that I like. I love music, and pretty much any type
of music as long as it does not give me a headache! So this is going to be hard
to pick a song to analyze. I am probably going to end up picking one that I like
but never really thought in depth about. I think it will more interesting to
look at one that I do not already know what it means! I am actually weirdly
excited to write this paper! I am even more excited that it is not due until
Monday ;)
